When I relocated to another state, I was anxious as I had never lived outside the state of Georgia before. It was an amazing career opportunity to relocate but I had many decisions to make in order to make the move possible. The largest decision was in regards to my house. I was not at a point I could sell it (I was upside down) but I also did not want to let go of it just yet, in case the opportunity proved to not be a good fit. I knew once I allowed Stacey to manage the property that I had NOTHING to worry about and that not only would she get a tenant, she would also make sure the house was maintained. All of this has been true. I have been in North Carolina now for 2 and a half years. I have the same amazing tenant I have had since I vacated the home in 2013 and the house is in better shape that I left it. I owe all of this to Stacey. On another note, the opportunity in North Carolina has been amazing and I will not be returning to Georgia in the near future. Stacey is now assisting me to sell the home and it appears my current tenant is interested! There is no amount of money that can pay for peace of mind and allowing Stacey Irwin to manage my property has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Thank you Stacey!
