Kimberly Lacy-Lightford

Kimberly Lacy -Lightford is an Arkansas native, raised in the DC, MD, VA (DMV) area, making her the epitome of a southern urbanite. She worked for DC’sgovernment as a contract and procurement specialist, making her a finessed negotiator, while simultaneously working for HGTV’s Design to Sell: D.C. Kimberly moved from D.C. to Atlanta Metro to film HGTV’s “Designed to Sell: Atlanta”. Metro Atlanta has been her home for the last 15 years. Kimberly brings a diverse background to the real estate industry. For close to two decades, she’s been involved in many aspects in the Home and Garden industry. Kimberly has been best known as the project manager and spunky landscape designer on HGTV’s “Curb Appeal: The Block” serving communities across the country.

Kimberly, didn’t just play the part on television, she received a landscape design certificate from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Kimberly own’s and operates FireSign Design Build LLC, specializing in Commercial and Home Remodeling, Landscape Design, Construction Management and Architectural Design Build; licensed in Georgia (10yrs), Maryland and The District of Columbia. Kimberly presently serves on NARI’s Atlanta Chapter Board of Executives, current Chair of NARI’S Digital Tour of Homes, Best of Houzz winner in 2018 and 2021, she serves as Vice Chair for the City of Jonesboro Design Committee and is a member of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association).

Kimberly has a keen eye and extensive knowledge on what makes a great home. She understands value and value added through improvements making her the “go to” buyers and sellers agent. Kimberly’s patient and dedicated to making home buying an enjoyable experience, as she understands the impact the process of finding the perfect future home may have on her clients.
